Product Description
We have had two types of siz shuttles circular loom:One is heald belt type and the other is heald bar type;Six shuttles running in place of four with increased two more shuttle trips;Hence these two types of loom can be 30-50% faster than the four shuttles type and about 30% less power-consumption.According to the current market-developing trend, these siz shuttles type will take the leading role in making medium size of plastic woven bags.Epecially the SJ-SYG750-6 circular loom is at the advanced level in domestic market mainland China.
Product Description
Features:
1) 6 shuttles, the rotational speed of each shuttle is more than 150 picks per minute,
2) Shuttle are running on the track of rolling-column.
3) The double curve cam, nylon sliding block and palm sliding
Pole are lubricated by lube;Which reduces abrasion and maintenance expenses
4) It has alarm and stops automatically when the weft or warp is broken or finished.
5) Microcomputer controlled, automatic meter-counter.
6) Stabilizes warp tension to produce PP woven bags with smooth surfaces
7) Rolling-column style 6-shuttle Circular Looms is about 50% FASTER THAN 4-shuttle Circular Looms when weaving HIGH DENSITY PLASTIC YARN.
